Whether you’re shooting in the morning or later in the afternoon, the studio offers multiple areas where you can work with the light in different ways.
2. Neutral Furniture & Props
One of the best parts about a minimalist studio is how easily it transforms depending on your session. Inside White Room Knox, you’ll find a collection of neutral, versatile furniture and props that work across multiple types of sessions.
This includes:
- A white bed setup (perfect for newborns, families, boudoir and maternity)
- Adult-sized benches and chairs
- Toddler-sized chairs for little ones
- Simple seating options for couples and branding sessions

If you photographed at the studio in the past few years, you may have noticed the curtains were very opaque. This was wonderful for letting in light and backlighting clients for photos, but it did not allow great comfort for boudoir clients. However, in May 2026, we are installing privacy curtains that supply the essential light penetration with also allowing complete privacy for clients using the studio. In addition to the privacy curtains, here is what else you can count on for your boudoir session:
- A white bed with white pillow
- Fabric backdrops that can be used in a variety of ways
- A long tull veil to use as a feminine softener
I’m happy to open this space to more boudoir session opportunities and to partner with other boudoir photographers in the area to bring an amazing experience for all women desiring a boudoir session.
